rainy days and a bit of crochet

It hasn't been nice around here weather wise. Last weekend we manage to catch a bit of a nice and sunny weather. Me and Mr took our 2 youngsters for a ride round sussex. It was nice for a change,we went to Oxted for charity shops :-)

Oxted

A bit of village coffee shop

Coffee for me :-)

Not much photos - i forgot my camera , so been using my phone . But it all went nice, wish i had more photos -but never mind-something is better than nothing x

But of course sun can't stay out for too long ,so out comes my yarn and crochet hook to cheer me up

Summery wrist warmers for those chilly days
Pattern comes from Crativeyarn- http://creativeyarn.blogspot.co.uk/2008/02/crochet-openwork-handwarmers.html   They are so easy to make and are so lovely ,that I can't get enough of them

I've used Debbie Bliss Baby cashmerino yarn , and it is the softest things i ever had on my hands :-)
I'm wearing them every day now. And just to make sure i don't have way too much of them i decided on a new project -cowl for cool summer evenings - its just a beginning but hoping to finish by end of weekend

I hope you all are having a good week and lets hope Sun will come out for a weekend.
